Reiki Classes:
Reiki Level 1 Class:
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that facilitates healing of the mind, body and spirit. This healing modality will bring balance, peace, focus and joy to your life and to those you work on. The workshop covers the history of Reiki, the 7 chakras, basic hand positions, one Usui Symbol and attunement. It combines practical experience with lecture and discussions.

Reiki Level 2 Class:
The Reiki Level 2 workshop will introduce you to the 3 Usui Symbols, the Healing Process, Meditation and Visualization and Distance Healing. It includes a workbook, practical experience and a certificate of participation.
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1.
